Once put in production tasks pseudonym Cajmere (CAJ , as Curtis A. Jones) , was awarded and issued an EP entitled Underground Goodies in 1991 , followed by the single Brighter Days on his own label in 1992 Cajual Records . A year later created a new label , called Relief where unleashes production wizards house DJ Sneak , Gemini and Paul Johnson.
Later, Green Velvet was conceived as an alternative to harder Cajmere ( more towards the classic Chicago house ) . Anyway, Curtis Jones is best known in the techno circuit for his work as Green Velvet and their songs have been pinched by the best DJs in the world of techno anthems becoming true dancefloor : Preacher Man, Answering Machine, the Stalker or the most current La La Land thousand times remixed and included on his long , Whatever and that is always a favorite to grab the mic and sing up when you click excuse. Many believe that to truly enjoy the experience of listening to Green Velvet must be done on a live which is where Curtis exudes a brutal energy and imparable.Su label platform Relief Recods published in summer 2005 another album like Green Velvet: Walk in love , that’s how the album is called , includes Bathroom , Temptation and War on the Saints singles.
