Mark Knight hails from Maidstone, Kent, where he made his first forays as a disc jockey in nightclub The Source in the same city. In 2003 he debuted as a resident of Ministry Of Sound in the UK, and has since spread their music and through their sessions with great aplomb. A year later, with a personal vision of house music, he created his label Toolroom Records, which has included the production of a wide range of artistas.

As a producer, Mark has built a great reputation for productions such as; “Man With The Red Face” (the version with the classic Funkagenda Laurent Garnier), “Downpipe” (a co-production with Underworld and D. Ramirez), “Good Times” (this time, with Funkagenda and Seamus Haji , became successful 1979 Chic on a theme of progressive house.) “Devil Walking” and “Alright” among others, always leading international dance charts, and has been involved in production for renowned artists, including is his work with Faithless8 and its contribution to the last album Underworld, Barking.
